Powering stadium hospitality through nonprofits, students, and the communities who fill the seats. Built in Chapel Hill. Operating nationwide.
EATS2SEATS was born from a simple observation: stadium concessions were broken, and the nonprofits who staffed them deserved better. What started as a Chapel Hill experiment quickly became a movement — turning game-day shifts into fundraisers, careers, and community.
Today, EATS2SEATS partners with major venues across the country, connecting thousands of volunteers and staff with meaningful work while raising millions for the organizations that make their towns run. The mission hasn't changed: feed the fans, fund the cause, lift the people.
Home base is The Pitch — where the next chapter is being written alongside the founders, builders, and creators of Chapel Hill.
Three doors in — careers, the staff portal, and the full EATS2SEATS world.
Flexible game-day shifts, real hospitality experience, and a crew that shows up for each other.
